  • visitor and delivery address

Of course, we also keep track of the business transactions in which the individual has been involved.

The business purpose of storing this information is for Global1Partners AB to be able to:

  • send order recognition, delivery notifications and invoices to the correct recipient and with the correct reference, without having to mention at each order opportunity
  • enable efficient use of our website
  • offer information and product news that can simplify the individual's work, as well as reach affected individuals in case of quality problems and/or withdrawals

Note that Global1Partners AB’s personal data retention is not based on consent but on the valuation of legitimate business interests in relation to the data subject's interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. (Data Protection Regulation 6.1 f)

  • In order to enter into a binding agreement, Global1Partners AB must have access to contact information so that we can send a formal order recognition confirming the customer order.
  • Global1Partners AB is required to archive all legally binding documents in original. This includes quotes, orders, purchases, order confirmations and invoices, in which the individual may appear as a reference.
